Getting out of a funk

Exercise is a perfect way to feel connected with yourself and with those around you. If your feeling stressed, confused, or in a funk of a mood, movement may help gain clarity, confidence in yourself and allow you to focus. I always feel better if I get up and get outside when I feel overwhelmed, bored or unmotivated and I come back in a total different headspace! Whether it be a bike ride after work, a night walk, an early morning gym sesh, dancing in the living room or doing some exercises while the kettle is boiling, movement is so great for our physical and mental state. Set yourself a movement goal for tomorrow that will spark joy- get creative!
