Intune is a new local business, passionate about women’s health and getting the body and mind intune! To start 2022 with a positive and renewed mindset, Intune is running a health retreat that aims to create a community to support and unite like-minded and strong women. The retreat will be held on February 12th and 13th, involving cooking demos, talks from strong-minded wahine, a variety of workouts for abilities led by exercise professionals and many more!
